Return & Refund Policy

Customized & Print-on-Demand Products

Because these items are created uniquely for you, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or color selected
  • Personalization/text input errors

We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

  • The item is defective or misprinted
  • There is a manufacturing error
  • The item is lost or damaged in shipping

To file a claim: Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the problem. If approved, we’ll replace or refund your order.

Non-Custom Items

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping
